Holden Benon
Holden Benon is an associate at Joseph Saveri Law Firm, LLP where he is proud to represent book authors in litigating their putative class claims against OpenAI, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., and others based on their infringement of authors’ copyrights in training generative AI products. Mr. Benon has had success negotiating and litigating the terms of ESI protocols in the context of generative AI litigation, and he has worked on several discovery disputes that are unique to this evolving area of the law. Prior to joining Joseph Saveri Law Firm, Mr. Benon was an associate at an AmLaw100 law firm in San Francisco where he obtained significant experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal district court, state and federal appellate courts, and private arbitration. Holden earned his law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
