Marta is a Toronto-based lawyer qualified in BC and Ontario. Her first taste of e-discovery was the Air India trial in Vancouver, for which she was engaged by a defence team to review a large volume of Crown disclosure. Marta spent several years managing document review projects at an e-discovery vendor before joining Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP as an eDiscovery Case Manager. In her current role, Marta oversees all phases of the EDRM for Davies’ Litigation and Competition groups, serving as a liaison among the legal, review and technical teams on e-discovery projects.

Marta is a member of ACEDS, the Digital Evidence Working Group, and the Toronto chapter of Women in e-Discovery.
