Cezar is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Forensic offering and leads the digital forensics team in Canada. He has 15 years of experience with leading advisory firms and law enforcement. In addition to eDiscovery and litigation support, Cezar has led numerous digital forensic investigations covering the areas of fraud, cyber incidents, employee misconduct, internal policy violations, unauthorized data access, data exfiltration, and serious organized crime. He has served clients in a wide range of industries including legal, technology, pharmaceutical, transportation, government and public services, mining, and financial services.

Cezar holds an MSc in Forensic Computing and Cyber Crime Investigations from the University College Dublin. He also holds several certifications including CHFI, CEH, ECIH, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 27005.
