Effective February 1, 2019, Jerone (Jerry) retired as Associate General Counsel at Intel Corporation and its Director of eDiscovery. In the latter role, he established, implemented, and managed Intel’s eDiscovery processes and procedures. Prior to joining Intel, he was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he accumulated nearly 30 years’ experience in managing and litigating complex commercial disputes, primarily in the areas of antitrust, trade regulation and products liability. While at Pillsbury, he co-chaired the firm’s national eDiscovery task force and its eDiscovery specialty team. He authored several articles on electronic discovery and lectured frequently on the topic. Before practicing law, Jerry served as an Electronic Warfare Systems Technician in the U.S. Air Force.
