Jan M. Conlin
Jan Conlin is a partner and the Chair of the Business Litigation Group in the Minneapolis office of Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi, LLP, where she is also a member of the firm’s Executive Board. Jan has a long record of participating in and leading high-stakes intellectual property and business-critical litigation. She concentrates her practice on representing both individuals and corporate clients in complex patent infringement matters, trademark infringement, commercial litigation and international arbitrations. Her national practice includes a diverse range of technologies and industries, including the Internet, computer hardware, software and software systems, avionics, medical devices and applications, personal care and patent-protected beauty technologies. As a member of the Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. Executive Board, Jan also helped create the firm’s award-winning professional development program. In addition, Ms. Conlin is extensively involved in the community and has provided many hours of service to the organizations she supports, including The Minneapolis Foundation, Minnesota Orchestral Association, Catholic Charities, University of St. Thomas Law School, Minnesota State Bar Association, University of Minnesota Law School, and Advocates for Human Rights. |
