Eli is Of Counsel in the Washington, DC office, where he focuses his practice on refining and implementing firm-wide best practice standards for electronic discovery. Eli counsels clients and firm management on the most efficient use of technology, data mining techniques, and project management practices for litigation and compliance issues. He has experience coordinating with European and Asian practices to accommodate unique challenges involving data privacy, infrastructure, and logistics. Eli has authored several publications and spoken on numerous topics related to electronic discovery, focusing particularly on leveraging technology-assisted review to improve client outcomes in a cost-effective way. Prior to McKenna Long and Aldridge, he worked in private practice in Washington, D.C. with a focus on litigation and regulatory compliance. Before coming to Washington, Eli worked as an assistant district attorney in New Orleans.
