A Partner at Redgrave LLP, Mathea’s legal practice is dedicated to the intersection of information technologies and the law.  Her work focuses exclusively on Information Governance, Privacy, and eDiscovery needs of diverse clients in a wide array of industries including automotive, insurance, financial services, chemicals, manufacturing, and healthcare.  Mathea has litigated class actions, multidistrict litigation, and other types of complex litigation around the country and sat second chair In re State Farm Lloyds proportionality case.  Mathea serves as a Council Member on the Computer & Technology Law Section of Minnesota State Bar Association, is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, The Sedona Conference’s WG1 and WG11, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Mathea received a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (cum laude) and a B.A. in visual art from Macalester College.
