Kevin Lo is Senior Director in the forensic practice at MT>3, where he specializes in digital forensics and eDiscovery. With over 20 years of experience, Kevin is a court recognized expert who has provided testimony in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Quebec, and the Canadian Federal Court. He holds multiple professional certifications, including CISSP, CCE, CFI, PMP, and EnCE, and is regularly sought after as a speaker and commentator on digital investigations, information security, and electronic evidence.

Kevin is an active member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), a member of Sedona Canada Working Group 7, and serves on the organizing committee for the Canada Cyber Investigation Summit. He is also a part-time instructor in digital forensics and eDiscovery at the post-secondary level. In 2024 & 2025, Kevin was recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a Thought Leader Global Elite – Expert in Digital & Data – Digital Forensic Experts. He continues to contribute to the field through his publications, professional leadership, and ongoing commitment to advancing best practices in eDiscovery and digital forensics.
