Gordon T. Arnold
Gordon is the Managing Partner at Arnold, Knobloch & Saunders, LLP, and has represented clients in all areas of intellectual property. He is a litigator and is registered to practice before the PTO. Gordon is past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law, where he served on the Section Council, representing them in congressional meetings regarding what became the American Invents Act. He is past-president of the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association and past Chair of the Patent Law Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, where he also served on their board of directors. Gordon is the Founding Master of the Houston Intellectual Property Inn of Court, a Sustaining Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Fellow of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Houston College of Law. Gordon was an Associate Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. He is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices (WG10). |
