Christopher is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and co-leader of FTI’s Dispute Advisory Services practice with more than 25 years of experience providing economic, financial, and accounting advisory services to companies, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities involved in disputes, transactions, and investigations. Prior to joining FTI, he was a Partner with KPMG. Christopher focuses on applied economic and damages analyses as they relate to patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement, 337 investigations (domestic industry and public interest factors), irreparable harm, antitrust, breach of contract, business interruption, tortious interference, business valuation, and commercial dispute matters. In addition to his work on matters before multiple U.S. federal and state courts, he has testified before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the American Arbitration Association, and is a regular speaker on the topic of patent, trade secret, and commercial economic damages at a number of national professional organizations.
