Tina M. Chappell

Tina is Associate General Counsel and Global Director of Intellectual Property Policy for Intel Corporation, where she drives Intel’s worldwide policy for patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. Prior to her current role, Tina was Senior Litigation Counsel for Intel. She served on the Board of Directors for the Intellectual Property Owners (IPO) Association, and the Advisory Council of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Tina currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Federal Circuit Bar Association. She received dual Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Mathematics. Tina received her JD, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University. She is a former recipient of the Jan Jancin Award for excellence in the study of intellectual property law. She clerked for the Honorable Randall R. Rader of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before joining Intel in 2005, she worked with Fish & Richardson, and Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, where she litigated various technologies. She is a recipient of an Intel Achievement Award.
