Lisa, head of the Firm’s Life Science Litigation practice, handles high stakes patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. She has led dozens of major pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigations, in bench and jury trials, arguing to the Federal Circuit, and leading briefing to the U.S. Supreme Court. Lisa is well-known as an expert on biosimilars litigation. She is well-versed in post grant review procedures in the Patent Office, particularly inter partes review procedures. In 2020, Lisa was named Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year - Branded by LMG Life Sciences and won the BTI Client Service Award. Lisa is a co-founder of WIN: Women in Intellectual Property Network, an organization of woman lawyers with more than 500 members.
