Jenny is the manager of internal controls at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a law firm specializing in providing legal services to national and international industrial and commercial companies; financial institutions; private funds; governments; educational, charitable and cultural institutions; and individuals, estates and trusts. Since 2001, she has provided legal support by managing quality, control and strategy in the discovery phase of complex litigation matters. Jenny has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown and also at Fordham University on project management and written an article on “Successful Contract Negotiation” for the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). Additionally, she organized and moderated Women in E-Discovery’s 2013 case law overview provided by Judges Shira A. Scheindlin and James C. Francis of the Southern District of New York. Jenny’s current focus is on managing the discovery audit trail through documentation and metrics in order to help insure security, consistent quality control, efficient budgets and effective discovery management. She is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 (WG1) on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
