M. Therese Vento
Terry is the General Counsel of the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), Miami’s signature contemporary art museum. Terry joined the staff of the museum in January 2015, after more than 35 years in private practice with a large Miami-based full-service law firm as a commercial litigation partner (with certified e-discovery credentials), after a federal judicial clerkship. She was a trustee of the museum for 27 years before joining the staff, providing pro bono legal work to the museum for decades while also tapping (and continuing to tap to this day) other lawyers at multiple firms to do pro bono projects for the museum within their areas of expertise. Terry is active in the museum lawyer community, and has been a panelist at several art and museum law conferences |
