Paul teaches at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth and is Of Counsel with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas. His writing includes two books, sections of two other books, and thirty law review articles. He grew up in Tulsa, has a B.A. from Oklahoma State University, his J.D. from the University of Tulsa, and his LL.M. in international law from Columbia where he also taught Legal Method. Paul is active in the American Law Institute, the American Society of Comparative Law, and the Sedona Conference. He’s licensed in Oklahoma and Texas.
