Moze is the managing partner of Cowper Law LLP focusing on representing plaintiffs in mass tort litigation. Prior to establishing his own firm, Moze was Senior Counsel in the Corporate Litigation Group at Amgen Inc., the largest biotech and human therapeutics company in the world. At Amgen, he managed the products liability, consumer fraud, securities, and derivative litigation for the entire company. Prior to joining Amgen, Moze was an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath where he focused his practice on product liability and class actions. As a law clerk to Honorable Marina Corodemus in New Jersey Superior Court’s mass tort division, he worked on a national diet drug class action, the breast implant litigation, the defective tire litigation, the tobacco litigation, and numerous drug and medical device class actions. Moze has authored numerous articles on litigation, e-discovery, privacy, and international e-discovery. In 2011, he was named one of the ten most innovative in-house lawyers in the United States by Law360. In 2012, he was named a rising star under the age of forty by the Association of Corporate Counsel. In 2017, he was included in the highly regarded Chambers USA for litigation and e-discovery. Moze is a frequent lecturer on e-discovery and has served on the faculty for Georgetown Law School’s Advanced E-Discovery Institute. He is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production and Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure.
