Robin E Perkins

Kutak Rock LLP

Robin is the founder and Chair of Kutak Rock's eDiscovery Practice Group, and she maintains an active litigation practice where she regularly appears in state and federal courts across the country. Robin is the founder of the National eDiscovery Leadership Institute (NeLI), which allows its nationwide audience to hear from the brightest speakers on all things eDiscovery. Robin is also an active member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1, which is the leading "think tank" on eDiscovery, and serves on the ESI Rules Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Robin is an adjutant professor at the University of Missouri at Kansas City law school, where she teaches a class on eDiscovery. Robin regularly counsels clients in all aspects of information governance and the discovery process. Robin is widely known and respected in the national eDiscovery community as a thought leader. Her greatest asset to clients, however, is her common-sense approach to eDiscovery matters, which is derived from her thriving commercial litigation practice, including the defense of antitrust and other complex class action matters.
