Jennifer L. Young

Jennifer is a partner at Milberg LLP, specializing in class action litigation on behalf of consumers and defrauded investors. Most recently, she worked on cases arising from misrepresentations in the sales of annuities and violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Jennifer is currently a member of the team of attorneys representing victims of the Madoff fraud. She is a member of her firm’s Electronic Discovery Committee, which advises clients and attorneys on the preservation and production of electronic information. In addition, Jennifer is a member of Public Justice, a public interest organization focused on preserving access to the courts and protecting individual and consumer rights. She serves on the organization’s Case Development/Special Projects Committee and Class Action Preservation Project Committee. Jennifer is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and she is a senior editor of The Sedona Conference® Commentary on Proportionality in Electronic Discovery.
