Daniel is E-Discovery Counsel at Outten & Golden LLP. He negotiates E-Discovery agreements and helps manage discovery strategy and processes in cases in all areas of employment law, including wage and hour and discrimination class actions. Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Daniel worked as Director of Discovery Technology at a boutique discovery firm, and as a Senior E-Discovery Consultant with a leading eDiscovery technology provider, where he advised clients on best practices, protocols and technologies, and managed and oversaw discovery collections, review, and productions. Daniel earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
