Cris Leffler
Cris is a director of patent litigation at Intellectual Ventures, where he devises and executes strategies to monetize the company’s assets through litigation. Prior to joining Intellectual Ventures, he served as senior corporate counsel for intellectual property litigation at T-Mobile USA, Inc., where he helped establish and lead the company’s patent infringement litigation and inbound patent licensing efforts. Before joining T-Mobile, Cris spent five years at K&L Gates LLP, where he was elected to partnership in 2009 and served as a member of the firm’s intellectual property and commercial litigation groups. Other career highlights include his work on commercial and intellectual property litigation at Graham & Dunn PC, and leading enforcement actions at the Federal Trade Commission, where he focused on the anticompetitive use of intellectual property rights and anticompetitive patent litigation settlement. Cris began his career at Townsend & Townsend & Crew LLP. He graduated cum laude, from Washington State University and Seattle University School of Law. |
