Christine focuses on patent litigation in U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as the coordination of international litigation and patent office proceedings. She has been involved in dozens of ITC 337 investigations and has filed several ITC complaints on behalf of clients ranging from medical device manufacturers to developers of video game technology. Christine is currently the leader of Finnegan’s Litigation practice. Prior to joining Finnegan, Christine served as an investigative attorney in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations of the ITC. She also devotes significant amount of time to pro bono cases in D.C. local courts as well as the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
