Robert is Vice President and Legal Counsel in Qualcomm’s litigation department where he manages both U.S. and foreign intellectual property and licensing related litigations. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2012, he was with the IP litigation group at Morrison & Foerster LLP where he litigated IP disputes in the U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission. Since joining Qualcomm, he has gained experience managing litigations in the U.S., China, and Europe. Robert received his J.D. from The George Washington University and his B.S.E.E. and B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
