Avi Skoff
Abraham (Avi) is a Partner and Co-chair of Moses & Singer's Litigation practice, and Chair of the firm’s Business Torts/Unfair Competition practice. Avi focuses on complex civil litigation and has been involved in a number of major, newsworthy cases. He served as Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy Chief of the Civil Division, U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York, and has litigated before courts and arbitration panels throughout the country. Avi has significant experience in a broad range of practice areas, including litigation over trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, health care, entertainment and toxic tort/product liability matters, among others. He is an experienced trial lawyer, has represented parties in complex, multiple forum litigation, and has extensive experience in litigating injunctive proceedings. Avi is admitted in New York and New Jersey and has a national practice. |
