Krish serves as Senior Vice President and oversees Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Litigation for Dell Technologies, and advises senior management of Dell Technologies, Dell Inc., Dell EMC, RSA, Virtustream, VCE and SecureWorks on intellectual property issues. He has worldwide responsibility for IP litigation, IP law and policy, technology licensing, patents, trademarks and copyrights, open source and standards, and IP support for M&A activities.
