John B. Pegram
John is a Senior Principal based in the New York City office of Fish & Richardson P.C. He has been engaged in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, licensing, opinion and counseling matters of all types for over 50 years. John received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from New York University. He is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State and in a number of U.S. federal courts. John also is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He is a past President of NYIPLA, a member and past chair of several committees of IP associations, and a frequent author and lecturer on IP and litigation procedure topics. Currently, his avocational focus is on the EU Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court proposal. |
