Bradford A. Berenson
Bradford, Vice President and Senior Counsel for Litigation and Legal Policy, is responsible at the corporate level for litigation, government and internal investigations, compliance, and legal policy worldwide. Prior to joining General Electric, he was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in white collar criminal defense, international civil litigation, and regulatory litigation involving the Food & Drug Administration. From 2001 to 2003, Bradford served as Associate Counsel to President George W. Bush in the White House. Mr. Berenson is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School, where he was Supreme Court editor of the Harvard Law Review. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurence H. Silberman of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States.
