John H. Jessen
John has been active in the electronic discovery market for 23 years, first as the Founder of Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc. and now as the Managing Director of Jessen and Associates. Recognized internationally as the pioneer in the field of electronic evidence discovery, he is a frequent author of articles on the subject and has presented numerous lectures and seminars nationally on legal and electronic data issues. He is a former member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1). John has been featured on CNN, CNBC, CBS 60 Minutes, 20/20, the Oprah Winfrey Show, and has been called the “Best of the Breed” by the American Bar Association Journal and “the nation’s foremost authority on sniffing out secret or deleted computer files” by Entrepreneur Magazine.
