Chris has over 20 years of demonstrated acumen in information governance and eDiscovery-related matters. As a partner at Redgrave LLP’s Chicago office, Chris focuses on securities litigation, director and officer fiduciary and shareholder litigation, antitrust litigation, and consumer fraud. Additional areas of concentration include developing customized litigation hold processes, negotiating ESI protocols, counseling clients regarding privacy and data security issues, and creating or auditing records management policies and schedules. Chris is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and Working Group on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11). He is also Co-chair of the Steering Committee of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program. Chris is recognized by Chambers USA and Chambers Global as one of America’s leading lawyers for eDiscovery. Chris received a J.D. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
