Annika is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s New York office. She represents plaintiffs in class action and mass tort litigation over environmental disasters, consumer fraud, and defective vehicles, products, drugs, and medical devices. Annika serves on the Steering Committee for The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1), and has contributed to numerous Sedona publications, including the Sedona Conference’s Principles on Proportionality. She also serves as Co-Chair of AAJ’s Class Action Litigation Group, and co-founder of the Complex Litigation E-Discovery Forum. Annika also speaks and writes regularly on issues of class actions, mass torts, and e-discovery.
