Kristina has a thriving EU competition, regulatory and litigation practice, representing major companies in a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, financial services and payments, chemicals, mining, medical devices and technology. Kristina’s commitment to client service and technical skill is evidenced by numerous accolades and rankings in the leading client surveys. Global Competition Review named Kristina among the world’s leading “100 Women in Antitrust” in both 2009 and 2013, and one of the top “40 competition lawyers under 40” in 2012. Kristina has extensive experience advising clients on the full range of EU competition issues, including joint ventures and cooperation agreements, merger control proceedings, state aid, cartel investigations and antitrust compliance. Kristina is an experienced litigator before the EU Courts in Luxembourg. She has represented clients in disputes involving cartels and other alleged antitrust violations, state aid, legal privilege, access to documents and regulatory issues. In 2008, Kristina founded the Women’s Competition Network (WCN), the international professional forum for senior competition law and policy professionals. The WCN now counts over 1700 women holding senior antitrust roles as members and attracts leading business and government speakers for high level events around the globe.
