Farrah is Executive Counsel – Discovery at the General Electric Company, where she serves as GE’s dedicated legal expert on discovery strategy and policy. As the driving force behind the company’s Discovery Simplification initiative, Farrah has built GE’s Discovery Manager program from the ground up. She sits on various industry advisory boards, including Law Technology News (LTN) and LegalTech. Before joining GE, Farrah was a litigator in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she was a founder and leader of the firm’s electronic discovery practice group. Farrah is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 (WG1) on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
