Discounted Rooms at the Hotel & Reservation Deadline:
We have obtained a very favorable group rate of $255 per night (plus tax) for single and double occupancy, $285 for triple occupancy and $315 for quadruple occupancy for a block of rooms on the evenings of Wednesday and Thursday. The Group Rates are available up to three nights before and after the conference, subject to availability of Run of House rooms. The hotel will be holding the block of rooms until February 13, 2020, after which any remaining rooms will be released for sale to the general public. After that date, rooms are on a space available only basis. We recommend that you reserve early to ensure availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Complimentary internet access will be available in guest rooms and in the Meeting Room.
In order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax, it will be necessary to cancel 24 hours prior to the day of arrival by 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
As a registrant of The Sedona Conference, and guest of the Hotel, you may avail yourself of complimentary access and use of the Hotel's onsite fitness center and 20% off any Spa services. You also will receive a daily complimentary newspaper of the Hotel's choice, and complimentary turn-down service.
