The second annual Sedona conference on antitrust law promises to be as lively and timely as the first.

Major issues surrounding the Microsoft case have yet to be decided. In addition the Internet has recently spawned numerous business 2 business sites, raising unique issues under section One, and the law of joint ventures. These and many other current issues will be explored along with sessions dedicated to pretrial and trial problems frequently encountered in antitrust litigation.

The Sedona Conference (TSC) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law. The mission of TSC is to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way through the creation and publication of nonpartisan consensus commentaries and through advanced legal education for the bench and bar.
