The WG1 annual meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, on October 28 -29, 2015. Plan to join in the dialogue on a number of important topics, including an extended length dialogue on the proposed revisions to The Sedona Principles. This meeting will be a critical step in moving our content development forward, particularly with respect to updating The Sedona Principles, to which we are devoting three sessions. The full agenda is below.

We have secured a limited block of rooms at Rosen Shingle Creek* for the evenings of October 27 & 28, 2015, at the favorable group rate of $234 per night (plus tax) single/double (additional person $20). The family plan is applicable, so there is no charge for children ages 17 and under utilizing existing bedding. The group rate will be available for three nights preceding and three nights following the nights of the WG1 annual meeting, but subject to room availability. The limited room block at Rosen Shingle Creek has been extended until 5 pm EST on September 28, 2015, but cannot be extended again. Accordingly, you should book immediately if you want to stay in the hotel. The details necessary to reserve a room in the room block at the group rate will be provided to you with your WG1 Annual Meeting registration confirmation. The Hotel is providing WG1 attendees with 20% off Spa services (excluding packages) plus access to the fitness center for $10.00 per person for the length of stay.

*There are three Rosen Hotels in Orlando, Florida. The WG1 Annual Meeting will be held at Rosen Shingle Creek on Universal Boulevard. The other two Rosen hotels are located on International Drive adjacent to the Convention Center.

We hope to see you in Orlando!
