Tuesday, April 12, 6:00 pm to 8 pm - Welcome Reception

The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention & Production (WG1) 2016 Midyear Meeting will be held at The Langham Huntington Hotel on April 13 - April 14, 2016. Located in beautiful Pasadena, the hotel is nestled against the stunning San Gabriel Mountains.

Before the meeting officially begins, a welcome reception will be held the evening of April 12, where first-time attendees and veteran members can meet and cultivate new relationships.

We have obtained a very favorable group rate at The Langham Huntington Hotel of $259 per night (plus tax) for a limited block of rooms on the evenings of Tuesday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 13, 2016. This room block expires on Monday, March 14, 2016. There are also a limited number of rooms available at the government per diem rate for government employees. For those who wish to arrive early, leave late, or otherwise extend their stay, the group rate is available for three days preceding and three days following the dates of the room block, but subject to room availability. Accordingly, if you wish to book for additional nights, you should do so as soon as possible. Reservation information will be provided in your registration confirmation email. The hotel is also providing WG1 meeting attendees with complimentary access to the fitness center and spa facilities (steam room, sauna, and whirlpool) and ten percent off any spa services.

This midyear meeting will be a critical step in moving WG1's work product forward. Please plan to join in the discussion led by distinguished dialogue leaders. We are applying for MCLE credit, including 1 hour of Ethics credit!

New this meeting, we will be organizing optional small-group dinners at various restaurants in Old Pasadena for the evening of April 13th. Dinners will be BYOD - "Bring Your Own Dollars."

We hope to see you in Pasadena!
